Rest has its place.
But if you’ve been “waiting it out” for weeks or months and nothing has changed… more rest probably isn’t the answer.
Pain often improves when the body is gradually reintroduced to the right kind of movement — not when it’s completely avoided.
Guided, progressive loading builds strength, resilience, and confidence.
If rest alone worked, you’d already be better.
