鄺小姐精通全面聽力評估、助聽器驗配與耳鳴舒緩，並親自負責整個照護流程，從聽力測試、助聽器選配到後續編程調整，確保每位客戶皆能獲得量身打造、效果顯著的解決方案。

她對助聽器科技與聽力學研究充滿熱誠，並積極關注業界最新發展，致力於提供先進且實用的聽力解決方案，協助客戶清晰聽見、重建溝通自信。

鄺小姐取得 University of British Columbia 心理學學士學位，並於 Grant MacEwan University 完成助聽器驗配專業認證培訓，取得加拿大專業執業資格。她亦持有 International Hearing Society (IHS) 頒發的耳鳴管理與復健專業認證，並為多個專業組織的註冊會員，包括：College of Health and Care Professionals of BC、Hearing Instrument Practitioners Society of British Columbia、International Hearing Society、Canadian Hearing Instrument Practitioners Society 。
