Horses are incredibly sensitive to human emotions. When you learn to slow your breathing, stay calm, and communicate clearly... the horse responds. This helps kids practice:
* emotional regulation
* patience
* focus
It's amazing how much growth can happen beside a horse.

Two years ago, we had an incredible journey, helping individuals of all ages grow, learn, and heal through the unique bond between humans and horses. After taking a year off to recharge and plan, we’re coming back stronger and more inspired than ever!
