I get asked all the time why I don’t share more about my spiritual practices
It is not because I think they aren’t worth sharing, it is because they are so critically important they shouldn’t be.
Hear me out on this- it is not hard to scroll through any platform and see beautiful altars covered in massive stones, or see someone practicing somatic dance or yoga. I can’t speak for them or what is best for them… but for me, it’s not that.
Unfortunately, my thoughts on this is what is being shared is either not real- but a marketing tool, or if it is real, they have just stripped away containment that helps it be powerful for them.
We are taught to share so much now, to give away so much of ourselves. It’s a hard balance to find. The only reason this page exists is for women that are feeling called to a better way of living, a more intentional existence, a more joyful and fulfilled life (like I once could only long for) to find me. In order for that to happen, I need to share something that you can relate to
But instead of diluting the practices that have made me who I am by opening them up to the world , I would rather share the results. Not because you need to see a highlight reel, but because you need to see there is more than where you currently are. You can turn your chaotic, anxious, or busy mind into stillness, peace, personal power. But sharing little glimpses of what is so sacred to me, won’t actually help you.
I am working on some containers to start guiding women who are curious about this work more intentionally, but I thought I would share this so you all understand why I hold back what I post ❤️
If this resonates, thank you for being here.
