** IMPORTANT CLINIC INFORMATION PLEASE READ **

First let us say thank you for all of your co operation through the covid regulations of the last two years. We all understand that these have been frustrating times, but we are finally seeing an end insight .
Here at Tidewater the safety and health of our patients, staff and families are our first priority. This being said the decision has been made that the mask rules will remain in place for patients and staff even after the mandate has been lifted. We will re evaluate the situation monthly and will relax this rule when we all feel confident that everyone will be safe to be in close contact for extended periods with lesser risk.

Great job everyone back to yellow!!
We just wanted to remind everyone to bring your mask and your own clothing for your treatments. Also, please remain in your vehicle until your appointment time unless requested to arrive early for paperwork. This cuts down on too many people in reception area and allows for safe physical distancing for everyone. All COVID-19 questions and protocols will still be followed for each and every patient to keep all of our families safe and healthy. Look forward to seeing you all soon.

‼️ ATTENTION ‼️

As of yesterday, we entered Orange Phase, meaning Spas/Salons have been shut down until further notice. This has NOT affected Physiotherapy or Registered Massage Therapy, as of now.
All of our protocols and guidelines are still being followed. All appointments will remain the same unless you require to change yours or we fall back one more phase. IF we end up going back, we will be personally reach out to all patients.

The response to the news today is amazing from all of our patients and we can't wait to see you all!!

Please be mindful there is alot of work to do at the clinic to prepare to open safely for you and our staff ... also a small draw back of getting PPE which we have been trying to get ahold of for two weeks now.
