Better sleep = better spine
1. Sleep smart with the right position

2. Invest in a supportive mattress: medium-firm tends to be best for most people with back issues.
3. Choose the right pillow: your pillow should keep your head in line with your spine.
Back sleepers: Try a thin pillow or a contoured one for neck support.
Side sleepers: Use a thicker pillow to fill the gap between your neck and shoulder.
4. Keep a consistent sleep schedule
Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day helps regulate your nervous system.
5. Wind down without screens
Power down devices at least 30–60 minutes before bed to allow your body to relax fully.
