Thank you all for your kind words and unwavering support. I genuinely appreciate each of you and am deeply grateful for your patience and understanding as I work through this challenging time.

I’m looking forward to getting back into the swing of things next week. In the meantime, I’ll start catching up on emails and messages tomorrow, so thank you for your patience as I work through them step by step.

Friends, life has a way of throwing us into a whirlwind when we least expect it. The past couple of weeks have been a wild ride after an already intense year, and I’ve realized it’s time for me to take a step back and catch my breath.

Just like I constantly tell you, healing starts within, at the core. To show up fully for my patients, my team, and my family, I need to take some time to clear my head, recharge my heart, and find my balance again.

This isn’t a long pause—it’s just a breath to come back stronger, more grounded, and ready to give you my best. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I take this step. 💖

Chocolate River Wellness will remain open with shorter hours during this time, and Mother Of Metal will still be hosting an Open House this Thursday from 3–8 PM.

If you’re in need of a reminder, let this be it: It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to choose you. 🫶🌱

One of the things I love about Evalu8-Evolve Business Coaching is the evolution aspect
