My journey began with the care of my parents as they transitioned to assisted living, which led me to volunteering with the Better at Home program here on the coast. These two profound experiences have inspired the creation of Graceful Living In Home Care, my solution to providing a better pathway for elders to receive the support and care they need to age with grace in the comfort of their own homes.

Graceful Living In Home Care provides Care Solutions for Seniors on the Sunshine Coast. These services include: light housekeeping, meal preparation, accompaniment to appointments or grocery shopping and general companionship. We can also provide: In Home Needs Assessment, help develop a plan for care, evaluate the best options for living arrangements when alternative accommodation is needed, meet and communicate with family and private caregivers to provide support, coordinate care and identify necessary team members and provide on- going Wellness Monitoring to ensure a client's well being.
