-Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
-Answer questions and provide product/service information
-Handle transactions accurately
-Resolve customer concerns efficiently
-Maintain and clean workspace

Qualifications:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
-Ability to multitask in a busy environment
-Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
