Been a long time coming, finished training a while ago but just haven’t had the time! It’s time to make the time, to reconnect and fall back in love with meaningful movement. 🧘‍♀️
This class will be a beginner lever and will require a yoga mat, a bolster/pillow, a yoga blanket/something similiar, and yoga blocks if you like. If you don’t have these things please let me know when signing up as I do have limited extras!
