As I'm enjoying my last day of the holidays before I head back to the office, I found this article. If you, or someone you know has Fibromyalgia, this is a very cool read!

I work very closely with fibro and chronic pain and I see the effects it has on quality of life all of the time. This is super exciting!

What a year guys! I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU. Thank you to every single one of you for the continued support and countless appointments you've made all year round!

I started the year in a burnout, and fought through it, to where I am now. I have my re-inspired focus to be more effective, to work smarter & not harder. I have new courses on the agenda and the support from so many in the community. Bring on the New Year!
