We love 🍕 in our house.

We love it so much that we have it EVERY week.

I usually alternate between regular pizza and my high protein tortilla pizza but tonight I decided to try the Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl 🍕 🥣

I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it doesn’t look that appealing it tasted like pizza and was jam packed with 28g Protein and only 310 Calories! Plus it took me less than 5 minutes to make.

Revamping a meal to fit my MAX 10 challenge goals.

Everything is better as a bowl 😉

Small, easy swaps can help keep you on track while enjoying meal time with your family.

My meal came in a little higher in calories but my other meals today were lower in calories so it all balances out and I am still within my goal for the day 😊

On the menu tonight is “skinny tuna noodle casserole”.

The one in the white dish is for my family and the one in the purple is my ENTIRE serving!! (It might not look the greatest but it tasted great and filled me up 😊)

I made the homemade creamy sauce (without canned soup) and took some to add to my portion of tuna, cheese & black bean pasta.

Without having to make two completely different meals, I was able to eat WITH my family AND stay on track with my goals 💚

Let’s make a quick, healthy lunch to go!

This grill cheese is on the MAX 10 meal plan but I bumped up the protein and made sure I had some fruit & veg on the side 🥪🍓🥒
***it’s about adding to your meal; not always taking away***

✨Butter one side of carbonaut bread & place butter side down in your pan
✨Add 1 slice of black forest ham
✨Add some cheese
✨Add another slice of black forest ham
✨Butter one side of another slice of carbonaut bread and place on top (butter side up)

Cook, flipping until done to your liking.

MAX 10 Grilled Cheese has 28g Protein & 18g Fibre 🤩 (350 calories)

This is one of my daughter’s favourite snacks & her go-to breakfast when she’s in a rush.

I bumped up the fibre in this batch of no bake protein brownie balls to make it more MAX 10 challenge approved.

Mix together
✨1/4 cup coconut flour
✨1/4 cup milled flax seed
✨2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
✨2 Tbsp cocoa powder
✨3 Tbsp nut butter
✨3 Tbsp honey
✨1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
✨1/4 cup water

Roll into 1 inch balls - typically makes 14 balls

Place in the fridge (up to 7 days) or freezer (up to 3 months)

2 balls = 13g Protein & 6g Fibre

DIY that raspberries are superstars when it comes to fibre content? 1 cup has 8g!! 🤩

Adding protein powder to your Greek yogurt definitely bumps up the protein amount but also makes it taste more like a yummy dessert 😋

This yogurt bowl only has 315 calories with 33g protein + 10g fibre. 💚

Another great MAX 10 recipe

The Keto pancake made in my waffle iron 🧇

Super easy to make -
Mix together & let sit for 5 minutes
✨1 egg
✨1/3 cup cottage cheese
✨1 Tbsp psyllium husk

Cook about 5 minutes in waffle maker until firm & edges are brown

Top with 1-2 Tbsp of nut butter…fold up like a taco & enjoy!! 🌮

This is what typical weight loss SHOULD look like.

The scale WILL fluctuate daily and you WILL potentially see your weight go up but if you are PATIENT and CONSISTENT you WILL see the overall trend going down ⬇️

This client tracked her weight 3-4 times a week over a 30 day period.
If she would have stopped every time she saw an increase on the scale she would not see the end result of her losing 4.4lbs in a month 👏🏻

That is 1.1lbs/week 💚

That is WITHOUT cutting out food groups and continuing to eat the foods she enjoys.

That IS with prioritizing protein, committing to moving her body and trusting the process!!
