💜Today we proudly recognise Rowan's Law Day in memory of Rowan Stringer, a passionate 17 year old rugby player from Ottawa 💜
Tragically, Rowan lost her life in 2013 to second impact syndrome after sustaining multiple concussions. Her legacy inspired Rowan's Law in Ontario, ensuring better concussion awareness, prevention, and management in sports.

At Hillside Physiotherapy we're committed to safety, with Priyanka offering concussion management. She can help you recognise symptoms, safely return to play, and protect your brain for the long haul. Let's work together to keep our community safe and active!
