It is time to surrender resentment and choose forgiveness. Holding onto anger only weighs on your heart and keeps you stuck in the past.

Take a moment to let go of what no longer serves you, and return to the present moment.

When you turn resentment into forgiveness, you create space for unconditional love and healing to flow in. Remember, everyone is always doing the best they can with what they know in that moment.

Don’t forget to include yourself in this healing. Honour the lessons, release the guilt, and move forward with an open heart. There is so much growth, light, and peace waiting for you.

Forgiveness = Freedom.

Allow your heart to feel lighter and trust that you are worthy of peace, healing, and contentment.🤍

I have received several messages today asking for love and extra prayers. I want to extend this invitation to all of you as well. There is power and healing in numbers, and I know this group holds the love and compassion that is needed right now.

Sending extra love and healing to a beautiful baby boy born today, and holding close in our hearts those who are navigating grief and illness within their families.

Thank you all for being here and for sharing your light. When things feel out of our control, don’t allow fear to guide you. Allow love, faith, and trust to keep you grounded and in alignment. 🤍
