😚 Woah! It has been a wild few weeks as we onboard all of our new patients 👩⚕️ I wanted to take a minute to thank each and every one of you for your patience while we figure out all of the hiccups!
For our new Bonne Bay patients, all of your files transferred over seamlessly to our computer, it just takes a us a little longer to fill your refills because we need to clean up the files first (some old insurances transferred over that we need to delete, some patients might have 2 profiles we have to merge, etc). 😪
It's not hard work, it's just a little more time consuming for right now, and after we've worked our way through all of your files in the coming months it will be smoooooth sailing! ⛵️
⏰ If all of our patients (new and our ol' faithfuls 😉) could give us a day or a few days notice for refills, that would be AMAZING!
That will give us the extra time we need to get your profile all sorted and some breathing room for our *incredibly hard working team* (giv'em a hand!! 👏). We've been burning the candle at both ends these past few weeks, and I have to say, you won't find a friendlier bunch of tired but happy pharmacy assistants and pharmacists 🥱❤️
No one will be left behind. 🤝 Thank you so much for your understanding. We APPRECIATE YOU!
