If you have an upcoming appointment, you may receive an automated message from the Rocky PCN a few weeks prior to your appointment. You will be receiving this call if you are due for colorectal cancer screening, A1c, or LDL bloodwork.

Our PCN staff were lucky enough to go tour the new building today. While it is still a work in progress, we were all very excited to see it, and can now really envision what our new space will look like! We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to check it out and are looking forward to serving our community here in the near future!
