Mountain Health would like to welcome Abby Smith to our ever-growing team of massage therapists.

Hi. I am Abby Smith. I am currently completing my Massage Therapy diploma at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. I am passionate about evidence-based massage and eager to learn more and continue my education in order to promote healthy body function through massage; while also understanding how the nervous system have effects on our body & muscles. I was born and raised in Rocky Mountain House and spend most of my time outdoors hunting, camping, snowboarding & dirt biking. My aims for my practice is to be 'therapeutically relaxing'. Ensuring that my clients chronic or acute pain is being addressed while also ensuring they are relaxed & comfortable the entire treatment.
As I am currently still a student, I offer reduced rates to all my clients.
