2025 has been quite the ride for many of us.

This year specifically felt a little more ruthless, than those before it. I observed so many life altering moments for those around me.

This year was filled with moments that challenged us, and moments we wish we could hang onto forever. A mixture of many things.

The closing of chapters, new beginnings, and fresh opportunities. We suffered, we overcame, and we grew.

Let it humble you.
Let it motivate you.
Let it soften you, and propel you forward.

Allow it to show you what’s important.

I am incredibly lucky to be able to continue doing something I love. It wouldn’t be possible without my clients, and everyone I’ve encountered along the way.

Massage Therapy Services: Our Massage services are open to everyone. After leaving my previous Massage practice in 2014 to be home with my kids, I am happy to announce my return to Massage! I am currently taking clients at Genesis Fitness Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. My practice has undergone some changes. I have completed my advanced diploma (2200hr Certification) in Massage Therapy, as of June 2019. I have let my Active Release and Reflexology certifications go. If you’re looking for some relief from aches and pains, injury recovery, relaxation etc, then you’ve come to the right place!

Postpartum Doula Services: As your Postpartum Doula, I give you support wherever you need it during your postnatal recovery journey. I will set you up with a strong foundation for caring for yourself and baby from day 1. This support will really help you as a new mother in all aspects of the transition from maidenhood to motherhood. We will instantly create a support network for Mama, baby, and family. In addition to this, once there is enough interest, I will have a monthly mothers meetup for new Mom’s in the community. This is some of what we offer: Massage for mother and baby Ensuring that mother has her needs met (hydration, nourishment, emotional support, and that she is comfortable, resting, and healing well) Breastfeeding support Gentle guidance and support with newborn care Babywearing tips & guidance Nutrition & Food prep Pet care Help keeping up with household tasks like laundry, cleaning, and errands I support you wherever you need it!
