I hope everyone has enjoyed their summer, and has found their footing again-coming into the routines of Fall.

I wanted to give a quick update on some upcoming changes within my business.

The space within Genesis Fitness has truly been the perfect location for me over the last 6 years. It has served me well, in growing both as an Individual, and a practitioner. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to practice within this space.

Just as Fall brings the change of seasons, it’s also time for a new chapter within my Practice. I will be relocating my business sometime this fall. I won’t be going far, just a few doors down the road. This opportunity will give me the ability to simplify, and fine tune my practice even further. I am looking forward to working alongside some brilliant, like-minded therapists.

There will be some upcoming adjustments along side this:

🍂 I will be changing the name of my business down the road as well, to reflect this. The perfect time to zoom out and adjust where I need to. I will still be largely focused on Massage, Cranio and Visceral.

🍂 I have recognized just how much I enjoy working with infants, and kids. I hope to be adding more trainings within this realm, down the road as well.

🍂 I am taking my Visceral Manipulation 3 training next week. This course will cover the pelvic organs (Bladder, Prostate, Ovaries etc).

🍂My booking link will be changing once I’m all set up on the new clinic software.

What we can do for you

Massage Therapy Services: Our Massage services are open to everyone. After leaving my previous Massage practice in 2014 to be home with my kids, I am happy to announce my return to Massage! I am currently taking clients at Genesis Fitness Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. My practice has undergone some changes. I have completed my advanced diploma (2200hr Certification) in Massage Therapy, as of June 2019. I have let my Active Release and Reflexology certifications go. If you’re looking for some relief from aches and pains, injury recovery, relaxation etc, then you’ve come to the right place!

Postpartum Doula Services: As your Postpartum Doula, I give you support wherever you need it during your postnatal recovery journey. I will set you up with a strong foundation for caring for yourself and baby from day 1. This support will really help you as a new mother in all aspects of the transition from maidenhood to motherhood. We will instantly create a support network for Mama, baby, and family. In addition to this, once there is enough interest, I will have a monthly mothers meetup for new Mom’s in the community. This is some of what we offer: Massage for mother and baby Ensuring that mother has her needs met (hydration, nourishment, emotional support, and that she is comfortable, resting, and healing well) Breastfeeding support Gentle guidance and support with newborn care Babywearing tips & guidance Nutrition & Food prep Pet care Help keeping up with household tasks like laundry, cleaning, and errands I support you wherever you need it!
