If you could only work out one muscle group, what would it be?
Spoiler alert: Glutes!
I'm here to tell you there is one muscle group more important than all the others... the gluteal region!
The glutes are worked primarily with hip hinge movements. The hip hinge is standard in muscle development. It's one of the gold standards of longevity! But there are many more exercises that develop the "rounding out" of the glutes.
The gluteal region is involved in keeping the body erect, bending over, lifting from a bended position, and also side-to-side stability movements.
The glutes are also one of the more appealing aspects of the human body... need I say more?
