Fact:
I see and talk with people all the time who know what I do for a living, yet kinda joke about it. Happened again just this morning. Folks have a hard time taking their health seriously, like what I do is just for “those other people”.
Truth:
They ARE those other people. YOU are those other people. Everyone can choose to be healthier. It’s up to you.
Real outcomes:
A client who was housebound needed to lose significant weight to be considered for knee surgery. With specialized meal planning and constant encouragement, she hit huge milestones.
Another client had to prepare for knee surgery - strengthen her legs and body to improve her healing outcomes. Not only did she meet her goals, but today you could never tell she had knee surgery. Strong, steady, and ready to tackle her next goals.
A younger client who wore a knee brace for years due to an injury, made such impressive gains with training that I’m not even sure she knows where her brace is.
A client at 60 decided she wanted to reclaim the strength she had when she was weight training in her 30’s and 40’s. Every training day now she is smashing her goals.
A client who began training with me to improve bone density has been one of my most hard working clients. She is 70+ and so very dedicated to her goals she puts most younger folk to shame. June is her next density check, and I have no doubts her hard work will pay off.
A client used to workout on his own and had a physically demanding job.. then his job became more office oriented and just needed some help getting back into the swing. We did that.
A younger woman had kids and just wanted to reclaim her youthful self. She improved her metabolism, gained strength and confidence and continues to train on her own.
An older couple wanted to start going to the gym together and just needed some help getting started. A single session and workout plan gave them the confidence to get started. They still train today.
My point:
Young or older, man or woman, EVERYONE has something to gain. It’s called health. It’s called goals. What’s stopping you from achieving yours?
Call me. We’ll figure it out together.
