Healthier isn't a coin toss, like "heads you're healthy tails you're not". It's a path with a definite start and end. Choosing to be healthier is about all those little decisions you make each day, all day long as you live out that path.
What you put in your body, on your body, and around your body makes a difference. How you move and exercise your body (or not) makes a difference. Even the people you choose to surround yourself with make a difference. And what you prioritize in your life definitely makes a difference.
There will always be things we have no control over, that's the truth. But even how we choose to react to stress and adversity makes a huge difference.
All those choices are opportunities, so we need to choose wisely. Every day won't be perfect, but each day can always be better than yesterday.. if you want it to be.
Choose to be healthier - one day, one decision, one opportunity at a time. Your life is your story. Change the ending.
