We have a beautiful selection of classes coming this fall - online registration will open next week! Stay tuned for our Launch week at the end of August, where you can sample all our classes and see what you like best! We all know movement is medicine and our fitness team is really looking forward to moving with you. Group fitness is a great way to stay accountable, supported and motivated in your health and wellness journey. We will be offering a punch pass option as well if you can’t decide on only one class, we have options for you. Join us on launch week August 25-30th for more information

Fall Yoga Series at Aligned Wellness (Tuesdays + Saturdays)

Breathe deep, move gently, and build strength this fall, all at your own pace.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to return to your mat with the changing season, this fall series offers something for everyone. These are supportive, small-town-style classes where you’ll feel welcomed and never out of place.

Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays at 5:15 PM

Ease into movement, stretch tight muscles, and calm your nervous system. Great for all ages and especially helpful for stress relief, better sleep, and those recovering from injury or burnout.

Beginners Yoga – Tuesdays at 6:30 PM

New to yoga? Start here. Learn the basics in a comfortable setting with clear instructions, simple flows, and zero pressure. Perfect for absolute beginners or those wanting to reconnect with their body.

Power Yoga – Saturdays at 9:15 AM

Build strength, improve balance, and boost your energy. This class is faster-paced and fun — ideal for folks who want a little more sweat and movement in their week.

Fall Series Runs: September 2 – November 18

• 10-Class Pass – $180 (6 available)

• Unlimited Classes (option to attend 33 classes) – $495 (8 available)
