From early mornings to late nights, our dispatch team is the first point of contact for our field staff. They rely on dispatch to get to site to provide our valued clients exceptional service, be the go-between between them and the office, and accurately and efficiently help problems solve in case of unexpected emergencies.

In anticipation of a busy Turnaround season, Mud Creek partnered with pacesafetyservicesltd and put some of our employees thru a rigorous and exciting High Angle Rescue course.

Over the course of five days, these brave men and woman spent time learning calculations and scenarios in a classroom and then moved to the training tower provided to us by our friends in Clearwater County. Putting their new skills to work they had to demonstrate all different rescue techniques, knots and leadership to be able to pass this course, all at height of course!
