HATHA YOGA: A gentle but faster paced yoga practice with a wider variety of poses in a flowing sequence with focus on alignment including meditation, breathing and relaxation. GENTLE YOGA: A slower paced practice ideal for those working with an injury or simply wanting to reduce stress with tension releasing and restorative poses to help wind down for the evening. a slow paced style of yoga based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. The poses are held longer and
target your deep connective tissues such as the ligaments, fascia, tendons, bones and joints, helping to restore the healthy flow of energy (Qi) in your body.
