TRUTH POST

So alot about health and wellness is mental health. This is something that is a "don't talk about it" in my life along with so many others!

I truly find it hard to talk about how I am. I always respond with "I am great thanks how are you?" mean while sometimes I just want to scream and cry and say "I am failing at life". But I don't for a few reasons, I believe in positive attitude, I have a 7 year old that I want her to think her mommy is the best. And I am Sooooo guilty of putting my feelings, thoughts and everything aside to listen and talk to other people.

But it's ok to not be ok! A friend of mine recently sent me a book that helps to work on manifestation. I have started that! 😁. I also started pulling my self care cards every day!

What are some things you do to help with your health. Right now more then ever we need to talk, share, smile. These times are tough!
