Vous n’avez pas à continuer à pousser sans arrêt. Vous pouvez vous offrir une pause d’une journée entière, entourée de femmes qui ressentent aussi du stress et de la surcharge.

J’ai récemment lu quelque chose de la Dre Janis Wright qui parlait des schémas intérieurs qui peuvent mener au burn-out chez les femmes :

1. Le perfectionnisme
2. Une forte voix critique intérieure
3. Des croyances limitantes / fausses
4.Rarement prendre du temps pour soi
5. Le sentiment de ne jamais être assez
6. Ne pas exprimer ni écouter ses besoins
7. Vouloir plaire à tout le monde
8. Toujours mettre les besoins des autres avant les siens

Quand ces habitudes deviennent un mode de fonctionnement, on peut se sentir drainée — physiquement, émotionnellement et mentalement.

Une retraite d’une journée peut aider à réinitialiser votre état intérieur et vous redonner l’énergie et la confiance dont vous avez besoin.

Today we celebrate the strength, wisdom and beauty of women everywhere 🌷

May we continue to support each other, lift each other and create spaces where women feel safe to rest, grow and reconnect with themselves

This wonderful group just finished the first STOTT PILATES Anatomy & Exercise Fundamentals course offered by
I loved teaching this new edition which helps students go beyond just muscles and bones. With interactions and lots of practical experiences, students learned how to see the entire human body as an ecosystem - each one impacting the other.
