Balance is not about getting it right all the time. It’s about staying present through the messy middle.
You are allowed to pause, breathe, shift, and begin again. (Like I did to get the “perfect” IG snapshot 😆 - I fell many times and needed a hand at times from my family 😍)
I used to believe I was “bad” at balance exercises in pilates or yoga but even if you wobble during balance exercises, it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
Stability isn’t about staying perfectly still—
it’s about how you organize, adapt, and reconnect moment to moment.
That shake? That’s your body learning.
Life will always move. The beauty is in learning how to move with it 🌊
