Join us for a self-care workshop with massage balls (or tennis balls) - an embodied anatomy course where we explore your upper body from the inside out using massage balls as tools for awareness, release and discovery
You’ll explore how your muscles, fascia and joints connect, move and support you. You’ll roll, press, pause, and listen - allowing tension to soften, tissues to hydrate and your nervous system to settle

New year, fresh energy 🤩

The new year isn’t about going all in overnight—it’s about building a lifestyle that feels good and lasts. Let’s make mindful movement a daily act of self-care
For myself, as a woman in perimenopause, I find that pilates and weights are the perfect combo for building strong muscles and helping my joints stay healthy
I used to only do pilates and thought it was enough. But lifting weights during perimenopause is about getting resilient ✨
Strength training supports bones, boosts metabolism, and helps us manage stress and fatigue during hormonal shifts
Make 2026 be about small steps, small changes that make a difference
and help you feel strong from the inside out

With all that is happening in our world around us, let us be grateful for what is good. Take the time to feel your breath, to feel your body and to connect to your mind, body and to those around you. If you take the time to recognize the small stuff that brings you joy, you’ll notice that there’s a lot more to be grateful for than you imagined 🙏🏻
May this season bring us all peace, joy and calmness
