As this year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what unfolded within my business, my energy work, and the beautiful community that continues to grow around it. I’m sharing this not to list accomplishments, but to honour the movement, the connections, and the trust that so many of you have invited me into.

This year brought:

✨ A full calendar of sessions, each one reminding me why I do this work.
✨ Welcoming new clients who found their way to me in the most aligned, organic ways.
✨ Two retreats that held such deep healing, softness, and transformation.
✨ Expanding into Saskatoon, opening space for even more in-person connection.
✨ Creating a few cozy sweaters to represent the energy + intention behind this work.
✨ Crafting new workspace that feels grounded, clear, and aligned each time I step into it.
✨ Showing up on social media when I feel called to, without pressure or forcing, just sharing when it feels true.
✨Being held in mentorship, learning new things and deepening my gifts in ways that continue to shape how I serve.

Looking back, I’m not celebrating numbers. I’m celebrating the humans, the moments, the energetic shifts, and the trust that made all of this possible.

I’m so grateful for every single person who stepped into a session, liked my content, shared a post, purchased a sweater, or simply thought of my work with love. This year stretched me, taught me, and reminded me that when you move with intention, everything unfolds exactly as it’s meant to.

Here’s to 2026 — embracing more fulfillment, greater alignment, and continued expansion 🤎

Some days, life hands you little moments that quietly reveal a lot about yourself.

Today reminded me of something I’ve known for a long time but don’t always honour:
I don’t perform well under pressure, reactivity, or people hovering over me. I thrive in calmness, spaciousness, and trust.

It’s wild how quickly we can go from feeling grounded and capable… to suddenly questioning ourselves because the energy around us becomes tense or reactive. One moment you’re in your flow, and the next your whole nervous system is bracing, tightening, forgetting what it already knows how to do.

I’m learning that it’s not a “weakness” to prefer calm guidance, gentle energy, or space to figure things out. Some of us grow through softness. Some of us regulate through quiet. Some of us need room to breathe so our instincts can actually come forward.

There’s nothing wrong with that.

So here’s my reminder… and maybe it’s yours too:

Protect the environments where your calm thrives. Honour the way you move, learn, and lead. And allow yourself to choose the energy that supports your best self.

Sometimes the lesson isn’t in the challenge itself… it’s in noticing how your body responds, and choosing to honour that with more intention moving forward ✨

Even after years of practice, there are still moments where I question myself. Moments where I wonder if I’m doing enough, saying the right thing, or showing up in the “right” way.

There are times when inspiration feels distant. When the words don’t come easily. When I can’t quite feel the connection like I used to.

And in those moments, the mind starts to spiral.

Why does this feel harder today?
Why does my intuition feel quiet?
Why can’t I sense the flow like I normally do?

That’s when the self-doubt creeps in.
The quiet voice that says maybe I’m not as connected, intuitive, or capable as I thought.
It’s real. It’s heavy. It’s confusing.

I’m sharing this because I know many of you have been there too.

You hold space. You give your heart. You show up fully and yet, there are days it feels like the light has dimmed a little.

What I’ve learned is that these moments aren’t signs of failure.
They’re invitations.
To rest.
To trust.
To soften into the mystery of it all.

Because holding space, whether through energy, words, listening, or love — isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present.

The ebb is just as sacred as the flow.
When connection feels distant, it’s often because you’re being called inward. To refill your own cup, to reconnect in a new way.

You haven’t lost your magic.
You’re simply being guided to rediscover it differently this time.

Keep showing up even when it’s quiet. Keep trusting even when you can’t feel it. You’re doing more than you realize.

When I first started my business, one of the hardest parts was choosing a name. I went back and forth with so many different ideas, searching for something that felt just right.

What finally brought me clarity was asking myself a simple question: “How do I want people to feel after an experience with me?”

The answer came through softly but powerfully.

I wanted each person who laid on my table to feel a sense of release - of tension, stress, heaviness, or whatever they no longer needed to carry.

And when they left, I wanted them to feel rebalance - grounded, lighter, and more aligned within themselves.

That’s how Release and Rebalance came to be. It’s not just a name, but the heart of my work and the purpose I hold for every session.

And now, one of my favorite sweaters reflects that intention perfectly - “Release” boldly across the back as a little reminder of what I hope everyone feels, whether it’s through working with me or simply moving through life 🙏🏻

I’ve been finding it hard to open social media over the last few days. There’s no balance. One moment I’m laughing at a reel, feeling inspired by a post, and the next I’m heartbroken or terrified for the world we live in.

It makes it hard to stay in peace.

For years I’ve gone back and forth with the thought of deleting it all. Some days I really want to. Part of me wonders if living in a quieter, blind-to-it-all world would be better. Maybe even healthier.

But then I think about this space - my page. I think about the connections, the conversations, the support, and the ways we get to share life together here. That part, I love. That part, I wouldn’t want to lose.

I won’t be removing social media. But I’d be lying if I said I don’t think about it often. And I’m realizing… maybe it’s less about leaving, and more about pausing. About stepping back when the noise feels too heavy. About choosing stillness, even here.

Maybe you’ve felt this too? That pull between wanting to stay connected and wanting to protect your peace. If you notice me a little quieter sometimes, it’s simply because I’m taking a little social media break.

Something I think we could all give ourselves permission to do more often🤍

Sometimes my clients say things that land in my heart and refuse to leave and this was one of those moments.

She shared that she doesn’t know what she wants to do with her life and feels like she needs to “grow up.” Putting so much pressure on herself that feels like it’s actually taking away from her happiness and at the same time in the battle of comparison of not being “further ahead.”

In the middle of our conversation, I asked her, “But what does growing up even mean?” And who decided what it should look like?

I’m in my early 30s. A year and a half ago, I moved back to my parents’ acreage. For a while, I carried so much shame about it. I felt like I’d hit some invisible rewind button - living back at home, not having the relationship I thought I’d have by now, not starting a family yet, not following the timeline I once imagined.

I wanted a plan, or maybe I wanted the plan I thought everyone else had.

Meanwhile… there was a plan all along. One I couldn’t see because I was also too busy comparing my life to others.

Now I’m buying that acreage. And I can see so clearly that this time was never about being “behind.” It was about growing, healing, learning how to serve others, and creating space for my energy work to become more than just a dream.

If life had moved the way I once wished it would, I don’t think I’d be here doing what I’m doing now.

So what if our lives look different? They are meant to.

Your journey is not supposed to match theirs. It’s supposed to feel like yours. And when you stop chasing the idea of “catching up,” you finally get to live in the pace and beauty of your own timing... and man, what a feeling that is 🙏🏻
