Flow to Bed is a gentle yet vigorous practice combining a light vinyasa flow with relaxing yin and restorative poses. Get your wiggles out and let energy flow through your body during the first half, and then ease into gentle and extended yin poses to close out your practice. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to unwind after a busy day, and set themselves up for a good night's sleep. Please bring warm socks and layers to cozy up in for our prolonged poses.

Flow powerfully as you build balance, strength, and energy in this dynamic Power Flow class. Warm up the body to generate heat and move through a strong vinyasa sequence that challenges and empowers. By the end of class, you’ll feel grounded, energized, and ready for the mountains.

Hip Liberation & Lower Body Ease 

This restorative hatha flow starts flat on your back with a centering body scan to settle into the present moment. Flow through reclined hip openers and hamstring stretches before moving into seated forward folds and gentle hip circles at table top.

We'll close by returning to your back, using bolsters under the knees and hips to support deeply restorative poses that release the psoas, outer hips, and lower back. Leave feeling grounded and spacious through your entire lower body.

IMBOLC: Emergence Yoga Immersion Training

This is a weekend of continuing education designed for both yoga teachers and those who wish to deepen their practice and understanding of holding space, alignment, hands-on assists and adjustments and so much more!

Saturday, January 31st from 10:30am-1:30pm & 3:00-6:00pm
Sunday, February 1st from 9:30am-12pm & 1:30-4:30pm

Full Weekend = $250 + tax Early Bird

Join us for a weekend of inspiring and well-aligned yoga asana, deep and insightful meditation practices, enriching community connection, skillful assisting and adjusting instruction, and powerful integration exercises.

Imbolc marks the midway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It is the time when we begin to emerge from the cocoon of winter, shaking off the slumber to expand once more into the returning light. During this weekend, we will tend the flame of our own sacred center in order to reawaken our inspiration and keep the hearth fire burning bright as we co-create an uplifting present and future.

Morning asana practices will include dharma talks, alignment-based and skillfully-sequenced asana, and harmonizing breathwork. Afternoon practices will include time for aspiring and seasoned teachers alike to hone and refine their craft of sharing the great practice of yoga with clear instruction and expanded confidence.
