The Chrysalis Wellness Centre An Environment for Healing The Chrysalis Wellness Centre started with a dream of a place for treatment of body, mind, and soul.

In this place, the energy of nature would replenish our spirits, reconnect us to our higher source, and encourage us to draw upon our own inner strength so we may walk the path we are chosen to walk. We are entering a time where modern medicine is succeeding statistically with only 15% of patients because most illness is caused by unresolved emotions, stress and trauma in the body. We are playing

a game of hit and miss with medication. If we can combine what we know of modern medicine with holistic healing, we can find a way to communicate with our bodies, and learn that nothing is more vital for healing than love.

I can't tell you how true this is for me. 2025 has been a massive year of transformation for me. Funny right , you think your as happy and content as you have ever been and some how life keeps giving me more to be grateful for 💖 Honestly I am stupid happy 😊 and its so easy feeling grateful 🙏 for all the small things.
Creating the life I have always wanted to live. I go outside each day playing in my gardens, talking to my plants and the Earth. The happier I am, the more patience, love for self, and compassion for others I feel. When you meet people where they are and give them the respect they deserve, the more respect they also have for others because like attracts like. Your vibe attracts your tribe.
I want to thank all my clients for their continued support. It's been almost 20 years since my massive spiritual awakening, and I can't tell you how grateful I am to do what I do each day. I truly love what I do and can't wait to expand my business to add workshops, our new podcast, speaking events, and retreats to the world.
