Your babies “window” is an ideal period of time your baby can stay awake before needing rest. 😴 They are typically the first thing I look at when exploring why your little one is having a hard time connecting their sleep! 🧐

Too long? They may be OVERtired and have trouble settling for sleep. Too short? They may be UNDERtired and have trouble settling for sleep. 🫠

Introducing healthy sleep habits can begin from birth, however, the best time to begin sleep learning is 4 to 6 months. 👶🏼

Babies at this stage are developmentally ready to begin learning self-soothing techniques, which will help them establish healthier and more consistent sleep habits. 🤩
