Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of channeling energy into the patient by means of touch, with the my hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso, which does not hurt. Reiki helps improve your quality of life, but it is not a replacement for a medical doctor

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and

around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restores physical and emotional well-being. Reiki is used to reduce pain and stress and also works towards an increased feeling of confidence in everyday life. It restores and balances natural energy, helps to prevent disorders and maintain positive wellness aiding the healing process

What might I experience? "I feel very refreshed and seem to be thinking more clearly." "I think I fell asleep." "I can't believe how hot your hands got!" "I feel more relaxed than even after a massage." "My headache is gone." These are some of things people typically say after a Reiki session. All you need for the treatment is to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and to relax. At the beginning of each appointment I will explain what will happen during your treatment and ask if you have any ailments you would like worked on. After the treatment you may need time to wake up (if you have fallen asleep) and to drink some water. I am taking new clients sessions are $40 which last 45-60 min. This is why Reiki is so important. I even learned something today watching this 🥰 I always wondered why peoples ears required so much treatment, now I know why. Clear chakra’s are so important to a balanced day

I wanted to share what it can be like for a healer/ someone who’s connected to spirit. We can experience many things. We feel everyone’s emotions around even in a big auditorium, it can be so overwhelming even if we ground ourselves. I can turn it off to some degree but not always as I’m always to into what I’m doing. We can hear, smell or see things others may not. We get asked to pass messages onto to loved ones, this one always makes me worry, how will said person respond, should I tell them. I always wait for it to be said 3 times before I proceed. sometimes, well almost always I am woke up early with special dreams. I love this when it happens as I feel so blessed and honoured to experience and to be asked to do things or just hear messages. Today was no different. I was blessed with the most beautiful dance and the words Last Dance. I thanked them for blessing me and I said I will be there and will pass on what I can. Fast forward a few hours I have been sitting here hearing the verse ” Last Dance, Last Dance” the vision that comes with this is full of energy, passion, love and grace.
