Shelby offers a client-centred and strengths-based approach to her therapeutic care. She ensures to offer empathy towards her clients as she understands that taking the step to attend therapy can be challenging. Shelby is committed to offering a positive therapeutic setting where she can collaborate with clients towards their desired transformation.
