𝐖𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐩 𝐚 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫!
What a fantastic year it's been! At the end of June, we are winding down our regular sessions celebrating all the laughter, hard work, progress, and memorable stories and moments shared. Everywhere from fun moments like moving to AC/DC in the seniors' class, engaging games and incredible skills gained in our self-defence (CAN-RYU Jiu-Jitsu) class, and freedom of motion found throughout our yoga classes, your dedication and spirit have made every effort worthwhile. Special shout-outs to all those who showed up, trained consistently, and became part of our small movement.

For the month of July, as our motocross season takes off, we're shifting classes to Thursday evenings only to keep you moving:
𝟓:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌 - 𝟔:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌: 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚: This class combines yin-inspired stretching with targeted fascia, tendon, and ligament work, plus meditation for deep relaxation and restoration.
𝟔:𝟒𝟓 𝐏𝐌 - 𝟕:𝟒𝟓 𝐏𝐌: 𝐂𝐀𝐍-𝐑𝐘𝐔 𝐉𝐢𝐮-𝐉𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐮 (𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞): Learn practical, real-world self-defense with CAN-RYU Jiu-Jitsu, a modern system rooted in traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. Founded by Professor Georges Sylvain, it emphasizes simplicity, gross motor skills, and awareness for effective self-protection.
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: We also have a team participating in the MudGirl Obstacle Race on July 26th! Let's cheer them on!

In August, keep an eye out for pop-up outdoor classes (weather permitting)!
