We provide assessment & rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries in a professional & comfortable setting

Valley Edge Therapy was established in May 2022 and is currently providing athletic therapy services to Russell, Manitoba with a satellite location in Rocanville, Saskachewan and the surrounding areas. Ivy Decorby is the practicing Certified Athletic Therapist. She graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy and is certified with the Canada Athletic Therapists Association. She is also certified in the External Approaches to Pelvic Health: Education, Exercise and Empowerment. Athletic Therapy is NOT just for athletes, it is for EVERYONE! It is the prevention, assessment & rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. This includes but is not limited to muscle strains or weakness, tendon or ligament sprains, tendinitis, post fracture healing, dislocations & subluxations, pelvic floor conditions, pre and post concussion assessment/treatment, pre and post surgery rehab of joint replacements, fracture repairs, joint scopes, caesarians, hernia & bunion repairs, bio mechanical injuries such as posture issues, fallen arches, muscle imbalances, the affects of aging, muscle changes, arthritis, conditioning for sport/competition. Many different modalities and techniques are used to help influence and promote healing. These include: soft tissue release, massage, cryotherapy, thermotherapy, ultrasound therapy, EMS, TENS, IFC, cupping, bracing, taping, stretching and strengthening techniques. Valley Edge Therapy will be closed for the month of December 2025.

The construction is now on the south end of our block but there is access to our building from the north end. You are able to still park in front of our office! Again, if you are needing assistance please call 306-434-6842 and we will be happy to assist you!

⚠️ The crosswalks are being replaced at the north end of our block at the Russell location. You will see signs that look like they are blocking off the entire block but you are still able to park in front of our building.
