This is a 12 week journey made up of weekly 1:1 90 minute sessions... covering the topic of your choice of course, however other life skills in the session you can also expect to gain are:

* uncovering what’s been slowing you down or getting in the way of your dreams
* The knowledge of how Mind, Body, Spirit and all different parts of self are interconnected
* Grounding, Healing or Clearing techniques
* Reframe the challenges and obstacles as strengths and gifts
* Reconnecting you to your innate purpose here, and encourage you to step into your power

Topics I specialize in:
* Holistic Health - how to go from a processed food diet to a whole NEW WAY of eating; what’s right for you and fun without diets, restrictions or limitations! (whole foods lifestyle)
* Anxiety/Fear/PTSD/addictions
* Life as an Empath - how to awaken your innate Wisdom and Inner Healing abilities
* Marriage/Divorce/Parenting
* How to unify polarity consciousness (marrying your inner Divine Feminine and Masculine self)
* Freely Living in alignment with your authentic Self without the need for it to be right for anyone else

This coaching is very relaxed and Informal. It’s like hanging out with a really great inspirational friend, who always wants to see you do your best and will hold a safe, non-judgmental space for you when Storms come. I want to hear your story, I want to help guide you back to your Innate abilities, and reignite that inner FIRE! These 1 hour sessions can be done via Zoom/FaceTime; in-person sessions can happen, I take into consideration a lot when this is requested and it does happen so feel free to ask if it interests you. And will include a tarot/oracle reading and a healing meditation. I look forward to transforming and making the world a better place with you. ���

Transitions are a natural part of growth, and this one will be met with grace. I want to share that Shae has stepped away from her role with Lively Intuitive Transformations, and I wish her well as she continues her journey.

At LIT, our foremost commitment remains unchanged: to provide services that are rooted in high service, sacred respect, truth and confidentiality. This is at the heart of everything we do, and it continues to guide us forward.
