I’ve been spending some time reflecting on Satya ~ truthfulness the 2nd yama from the Yoga Sutra.

Truthfulness is not just in what we say… but in how we live.

Yoga has a way of revealing where we’re out of alignment with ourselves:
pushing when we need rest,
forcing when we need softness,
saying yes when our body is asking for pause or sometimes moving through life performing versions of ourselves we think we should be.

Living with integrity doesn’t mean having everything figured or being perfect.

It means becoming more honest about what is true in this moment.

Maybe the practice isn’t about becoming someone different.

Maybe it’s about returning to yourself often enough that your life begins to feel more aligned, a life grounded in truth.

This week's schedule! Next week is the start of the new Upper Body Mobility 4 Week series, Thursday at 6pm. There's a spot for you, message to reserve it!

Also, as we draw the Nervous System Reset Restorative series to a close this week, I'm excited to share that it was so popular that we will be adding a 45 minute Restorative session every 3rd week on our Short and Sweet Wednesdays. So this week and next it will be 45 minutes of Yin followed by the restorative session!

This 4-week yoga series is designed to improve mobility, stability, and strength through the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Using mindful movement, functional strengthening, breath awareness, and yoga-based movement patterns, we’ll work to reduce tension, improve posture, and support healthier movement in everyday life.

This series is especially supportive for those experiencing stiffness from stress, desk work, sports, training, or daily habits that contribute to tightness and restricted movement.

Rather than focusing only on stretching, we’ll explore how strength, control, and awareness all play an important role in creating sustainable mobility and reducing discomfort.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners and athletes.
