Ok, I don't know about you but all this doom and gloom is getting to me. I know that yoga can help, so here's what I am suggesting...a daily yoga challenge for the month of February.
Now before you convince yourself that you don't have time for a daily practice- you actually do! Instead of scrolling, take a few moments, starting today, for a few minutes of yoga breathing, or postures, or a short sequence.
Don't worry, I've got it all set for you. I'll share a post daily to let you know what you can do, (or you can come up with your own yoga idea), for 28 days. What's in it for you? Well, I've done a yoga practice and regretted it, so there's that, you get to spend a few moments tapping into inner peace, short movement or breathing breaks, and you get a mental break from what's happening in the world around you. AND if you take part in the challenge and post pics of yourself doing the challenge, your name will get entered into a draw to win a lovely mini bolster- handmade with sustainable materials from Love My Mat.
