Saturday July 26 the "Crafty Crew" members of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Auxiliary will be having a garage sale at 7985 Larkvale Road from 9 til 1 p.m. The money raised goes to the Saanich Peninsula Hospital.

We will be selling surplus yarn, fabric and craft supplies. These items have been in storage in a dry, secure environment. A great opportunity for knitters to stock up on a variety of yarns.

Raffle Basket of Vancouver Island Goodies! We have a winner!!!

Congratulations to Carol Jones (right) who received her prize on Canada Day from Auxiliary member Marcia McMenamie. She was thrilled to win the amazing basket of Vancouver Island donated items! She mentioned that the family might use the Butchart Gardens entry and afternoon tea prize to celebrate their 60th Anniversary this summer! Thanks to all who donated items or bought a $5 raffle ticket to support the local hospital!!

Bake Sale will go ahead in the Gift Shop inside the hospital from 10 am - 4 pm. Fresh baked yummies brighten the gloomiest day!! 😉

In December, the SPH Auxiliary donated $50,000 to the SPH Foundation. It will go toward upgrades to the Acute Care Center. The Auxiliary also approved an additional $50,000 to purchase equipment requested directly by hospital departments. These funds were raised through the efforts of our 90 member volunteers via our gift shop, our Christmas Bazaar, and other fundraising and donations. Awesome way to celebrate our 50th Anniversary of service!!!
