It is with deep sadness that the family of Irene LeClair announces her passing on Friday, July 25, 2025 at the Fort Folly First Nations Special Care Home. Irene was 87 years old.

In keeping with Irene’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 31, 2025 at St. Vincent’s Roman Catholic Church in Sackville, NB. Following the burial, a reception for family and friends will take place at Fort Folly First Nations Special Care Home at 10:30 am.

If so desired, donations in memory of Irene may be made to Every Child Matters, the Terry Fox Foundation or to the charity of one’s choice.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Duane Johnson on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital at the age of 85.

Harold’s family would like to thank the exceptional nurses of Extra-Mural for their wonderful care and kindness during his last days.

Royal Canadian Legion Branch #26 will hold a Legion service in the Four Corners Cemetery on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 11 am, followed by a graveside service with Pastor Andrew Swanson officiating. Following the burial, a reception will take place in the Main Street Baptist Church vestry and all are welcome to attend.

If so desired, donations in memory of Harold may be made to CARMA Cat Rescue, Main Street Baptist Church, Four Corners Cemetery or to the charity of one’s choice.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Westford Nursing Home in Port Elgin, NB, for their outstanding care and warm companionship.
