I used to weigh 100 pounds more than I currently do. The secret behind how I lost this weight was dependent on a number of things. I decided to change my mindset before changing my diet. During my personal learning journey, I had the opportunity to further deepen my knowledge on ways to improve my lifestyle and the steps required to change it for the better. In the process of doing so, I discovere

d that there was yet more for me to learn and improve upon. The further I implemented this newfound knowledge into my daily lifestyle, the more apparent my results were. In a matter of months, I was able to see rapid progress. This steady shift inspired me to take things to the next level, and formally study health and nutrition in hopes of helping others benefit the same way I was able to.

It was a pleasure to join this event and share what I do with students to help them think about their future and make informed decisions about the career path they choose.

This year, 90 professionals participated in Career Day, and it was an honour to be one of them. This was also my 7th year taking part in this event, which makes it even more meaningful.

A special thank you to the staff for the amazing job they did organizing Career Day and making it such a success. Their hard work and dedication were clearly reflected in the quality of the event.

It was one of the best trade shows I’ve participated in—well organized, welcoming, and a great representation of CPCA and our community.
