CrossFit takes a toll on the body eventually even with stretching and strengthening you can still lose range over time. He was feeling a burning sensation in his arm after a workout and felt less range on the Left side.

1 Treatment of rapid and it was a big difference! Such easy movement and range for him now. All he has to do is test it out!
