Universal access to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a necessity because:

▪️The cost barriers to proven menopausal therapies create inequity in the system

▪️The trivialization of symptoms for a condition that primarily affects females leads to gender discrimination

▪️Women can become vulnerable to using unregulated menopausal products because of disinformation and misinformation

Women are concerned about their health. Menopausal women need free access to HRT so they can stay on the marketplace and avoid retiring early. The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) has been calling for the protection of women’s rights in health care.

The SOGC is calling on Canadian women to vote in the next election for those who support women’s health.

I am very excited to be supporting a new and innovative approach to the management of pelvic pain using Integral Movement.

Lisa Babiuk at Soul Fitness has over 30 years of experience and brings a unique approach to yoga and exercise. Pelvic pain can improve through adaptability and through improving structural (muscles,ligaments,joints, fascia) integrity in order to increase mobility and function.

The program runs for 6 weeks : February 2 -March 12,2023, twice per week - Thu 7-8 pm and Sun 10-11 am. The class is limited to 6 participants so that exercise and movement can be individualized.

Although I am excited to support this program I have no financial gains from this.

Today our thoughts are with women and mothers in Ukraine, with women and mothers around the world watching in horror what is happening in Eastern Europe.

Here is to compassion and hope that it will all be over soon.
