A yoga studio whose roots are in the tradition of the village....bringing the mindfulness of the inner mountain to the busyness of the marketplace. We offer a unique range of approaches channeled through our unique teachers.....as we differ from each other so too does our yoga. Like it hot (but not too hot)? Appreciate classical Hatha? You bet. Enjoy contemporary flow set to ancient philosophy? Sure thing! The studio is ushering in some change in the new year when Jaya Amy takes ownership and adds additional devotion to an already very sweet space.
