Well, thats a wrap at 20 Circle Drive 💝

What an extraordinary experience it has been there. We are truly grateful for where it has brought us and from this we move toward something new but before we do that there are a few things to say.

Thank you to EVERYONE who stepped foot into our space—the teachers, the students, the reception staff, the guest presenters, the school groups and sports teams, both in person and online who contributed to making this experience memorable. Your presence and efforts have truly made this special, here's to all the connections and shared moments that made this time unforgettable.

Thank you for all of the opportunities learn and to grow, to unlearn and grow again over and over just because we all showed up and were willing to try, to open our minds and our hearts and then to share so others could benefit. This is what community is, without boundaries or expectations.

To my mentors, thank you for your leadership by bringing forward something life changing and giving me the courage to step out of the box. 🌀

You all mean so much, there isn’t enough space on Facebook or Instagram to express my gratitude. Thank you.

It really came down to the stairs, we’ve outgrown our space but could make do but in the end, when a young man that came to class, walked down the stairs, turned around and asked “how many stairs do you have”. 21, we have 21 stairs and he replied “My sister wouldn’t be able to come here then”. I knew it was time to leave in that moment and as hard as it is to say goodbye to our home, it’s time.

Cheers to all of us, we did good.

Giving Tuesday

A very dear member has asked if we would collect teddy bears for bereaved parents experiencing the loss of their infant. So we have a collection box if you care to bring in a stuffed bear for donation 🙏

We will be collecting until December 18

Giving kindness and love today and every day because at the end of the day we will always have each other. 💝

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios is evolving to better reflect our vision and commitment to you. As part of this transformation, we are proud to announce a complete rebrand to Integral Movement and will be moving to a new space. Our last day, December 31, 2024, at 20 Circle Drive will be bittersweet as we have so many memories and have formed many friendships throughout the past 14 years there, however, we look forward to creating more memories in our new space.

We will be offering a few specials during this time of transition out of the current space. We will offer a Now ‘Til Then ongoing rate as time winds down starting with $99 + GST rate that offers unlimited classes until the end of the year, watch for this price to change as we count down the days remaining.

This will be the time you may want to use up any outstanding class pass memberships as we will not be offering hot yoga in our new space and suspension yoga will be determined based on structural integrity of our new building space. We will be adding some classes to the schedule with some pop up class options that are one time only offerings to celebrate our time here so watch our website for the weekly schedule.

Our new brand identity, Integral Movement, embodies our mission to offer yoga and movement experiences focusing on 21st century anatomy and movement science. This rebrand includes a new logo, updated visual identity, and a renewed focus on our mission, our values of inclusion and personalized service we offer.

Thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We look forward to welcoming you to Integral Movement at our new location and continuing to provide you with the highest level of service. Stay tuned for information about our new location and date of a grand opening event.

The fall session of Pelvic Floor and more begins Sunday September 22. This is a semi-private program to address pelvic pain and disfunction. You will have individualized classes twice per week, an unlimited membership to our drop in classes and at the end of the program, a one on one session that provides you with your own program moving forward that continues to address your symptoms.

This is not a cookie cutter program with space for 6 individuals.
