3Here are 3 of my favorite things that I use in my healing sessions!

1) Valor Essential Oil Blend- made by Young Living Canada- great for overall balance, grounding, spinal alignment. It has frankincense, black spruce, blue tansy, and geranium.

2) Earth Blend Essential Oil- made by Valley Mystic Soap Co. in Kelowna, B.C.- perfect for the diffuser! Smells so lovely! It has patchouli and lavender and is the one oil that all of my clients seem to comment on when they walk in the room!

3) Hagina Foot Care Balm- available at Massage Therapy Supply Outlet in Edmonton- the only one I ever use! Has a mild peppermint scent!
