Our program is designed with the whole child in mind, focusing on three key pillars: Character, Physical and Cognitive development. We teach kids to believe in themselves and help families grow together in moments of celebration and showing off.

Emotional literacy is an important life skill. At KidStrong, we make learning the skills that support emotional literacy FUN.

Through science-based, expert-led activities, we’re helping kids learn to understand and manage their own emotions. They also build empathy and emotional awareness that support success in school, friendships and life.
