Mandi is a Somatic Experiencing® student, yoga teacher, social media maven, and creative facilitator who brings a trauma-informed, nervous system-focused approach to everything she offers. In her SE sessions, Mandi gently guides clients to tune into the subtle language of their bodies—tracking internal sensations, noticing shifts in breath, tension, and energy, and supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. This process helps clients move out of survival mode and into a greater sense of safety, connection, and presence.
Somatic Experiencing is a powerful modality for healing trauma and chronic stress by working directly with the nervous system. Rather than revisiting painful memories through words alone, SE supports the body in completing the physiological responses that may have been interrupted during overwhelming events. Over time, this builds resilience, increases capacity, and helps people feel more grounded and at home in their bodies.
Mandi integrates SE principles into her creative and movement-based work as well—combining somatic awareness with art journaling, gentle yoga, and mindful practices. Her sessions create space for emotional expression, deep rest, and curiosity about the body’s wisdom. Rooted in her own experience of healing through somatics and creativity, Mandi holds space with warmth and compassion, inviting others to discover what’s possible when we slow down, listen within, and honor the full spectrum of what we feel.
