Our team is comprised of healers and practitioners who have come together with the sincere intention of offering various treatments and experiences for the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness of our clients and our community. Ripple Effect Wellness Centre is a place for people to gather, to heal, to connect...I hope you will join us. We now offer treatments including acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, craniosacral therapy, meditation, prenatal classes, birth doula services and so much more! The new Centre is so much more than a clinic! We have three beautiful treatment rooms, a large studio for classes, workshops, and seminars, and a soulful, holistic atmosphere to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Stay a while! Our good friends at Nurturance Health and Above Average Wellness are collaborating for a new-mom healing circle!

The Nurture Circle is a 6-week in-person postpartum group for mothers with babies 0–12 months in Edmonton. It is not a program selling you anything. Instead, it is a warm, intimate space to be seen, heard, and genuinely supported — while building the real-life community every mother needs.
Guided by Mandy Rempfer-Kuncio, pelvic physiotherapist and doula with over 17 years of experience, each week blends grounded education with honest conversation, meaningful reflection, and the kind of care that holds you — and your baby.
Over six weeks together, you can expect:
- Honest, grounded education on postpartum and matrescence
- Real conversation with mothers who truly get it
- Space to be seen, heard, and understood — without judgment
- Gentle nourishment for your body and heart
- The beginning of your real-life village
By the end, many mothers leave feeling less alone, steadier in their body and emotions, more confident in their instincts, and connected to a community that continues to show up for them.
A nurtured mother nurtures her baby. Healthy mothers build healthy families — and healthy families build healthier communities. This is where it begins.
