✨I led them through a gentle Hatha and Restorative Yoga practice with hands on energetic exchange and a Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath.

✨We affirmed as a group and as the single pointed contemplative focus during meditation “I am enough today, and all of my days.”

A couple of days ago I had the pleasure of facilitating a class at the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation in St. Catharines.

I offered beginner friendly posturing and meditation practices while encouraging each participant to consider bringing the practice back to their work station. I suggested creating time and space to focus on their mental and physical wellbeing during break times…so they may be of the best service to themselves, their employers and our communities.
