Wanted to share this cool sunset pic from our wedding a couple weeks ago… we were so lucky to have an incredible sunset that night!! Also reminded me of our yoga sunsets… we’ve been pretty lucky this year! That being said, it very much feels like fall..lol. I am going to keep tomorrow’s class on for right now, but our weather doesn’t exactly look great! I will make a post tomorrow but wanted to provide an update now. You never know, we may be able to sneak in one more class! 🙏

Oh hello, I’ve risen from the dead! 👋 fun to be back. It’s been quite the winter, and I was in a place where I did not feel comfy and motivated to post from this account. I took a much needed break from online teaching. I was this close to starting it back up again, and every time I went to do it, I couldn’t quite make it there. I have zero regrets about this decision. I’m big on only doing something if it’s going to bring me happiness, not because it’s what I think I should do based on the expectation of others.

I was also quite preoccupied - I am currently back hitting the books and completing my Master’s degree in Teacher’s Education! 📚 an incredible, yet slightly overwhelming experience so far, and my head needed to be in a place where school was my number one priority.

To conclude: summer classes by the lake will be back!! More info to come on this soon. I’m very excited 😊 thanks for sticking with me and reading this very impromptu post!✌️

October 20th, and we’re still out here! So thankful for everyone who joined me by the lake this year. I had so much fun teaching and getting to enjoy this view every week with you. We may be able to squeeze one more class in for the season… but if not, thank you all and see ya outdoors in the Spring ❤️

Someone mentioned Labour Day to me earlier today, and I am in absolute shock that September is right around the corner… where did the summer go?? That being said, a bonus to the days getting shorter is that way have a guaranteed sunset for our Wednesday night classes!! The sun is setting around 8pm these days, which means the timing could not be better for the end of class. Sunset + savasana 🌅🧘‍♀️

WE’RE BACK!! Join me tomorrow, Wednesday August 11th at 7pm at the lake. It’s been a great couple weeks of vacation (as seen in the video above from the cottage!), and a not so great week off being sick. So sick that there was no way I could get up and teach a yoga class (despite how much I wanted it). That being said, last week is old news, and what matters now is I am feeling healthy and ready to teach again!! I would love to see you!

🔥🔥I'm adding another Lakeside class!! 🔥🔥Saturdays at 10 am - Deep Flow.

Rooted in power yoga, deep flow is a slower practice where we hold poses for longer and move through the power sequence at a slower pace. Like our signature power class, all levels are welcome, no experience is necessary. I met you where you're at!

Our first class will start this Saturday, July 10th at 10 am! Class is $10 per student, and you can sign up by sending me a message or following the link below! Same rules apply as our Wednesday nights!

I know I am not the only one who is frustrated by the most recent government lockdown. Fitness is essential. Mental health is essential. Since we can't meet in person for the time being, our virtual classes will continue!! And guess what? Your first online class is FREE! For the month of April (and as long as lockdown continues here in Ontario), your first online class is on me. I believe in creating community through movement, even on the days when you feel most alone. If you've ever considered taking one of my classes before, now is your chance!
