Adult Day Program Participation Niagara (PN) is a private day program for adults with developmental disabilities who reside in the Niagara Region.

PN focuses on encouraging personal growth and independence through participation in learning and physical activities along with realistic goal setting.

🌈 Rain Cloud Experiment 🌧

We explored a hands-on weather science experiment—making rain clouds in a jar!

Using water, shaving cream, and food coloring, we created a beautiful visual of how rain forms and falls from clouds.

Everyone loved watching the colors swirl and mix, showing how fun and relaxing science can be! Some friends even made art with the shaving cream🌦️💙

Dog days at Participation Niagara!

This week, we took inspiration from something our friends have been noticing for a while—the dogs walking by our window and the veterinarian in the Plaza! 🐕👀 Their curiosity sparked some fun-filled activites, where we celebrated our love for our four-legged friends !

Throughout the week, participants made their own adorable toilet paper roll dachshunds, each one full of color and personality! 🎨🐶 We also played Dog Breed Bingo, where we learned about different breeds and had lots of laughs along the way. 🐾🎲

It was a wonderful way to connect, create, and enjoy the things that bring us joy—and maybe even spot a few more pups through the window! 🦴💙
