If you’re feeling tired, foggy, and frustrated that the scale isn’t moving, this may help.
A lot of women assume it’s just age.
Or that something is “wrong” with them or their metabolism.
What I usually see is something much simpler.
The body is trying to communicate.
It doesn’t do that with words, it does it with symptoms.
Brain fog.
Inflammation.
Low energy.
That stuck feeling even when you feel like you’re eating well and doing your best.
Most of the time, it’s not one big thing.
It’s a few things stacking up.
Blood sugar that’s off.
Digestion working harder than it should.
Hormones that don’t love chaos.
That’s not failure.
It’s information (your body’s way of communicating).
And the answer usually isn’t to tighten the reins. Eat less. Try harder. Be stricter.
What tends to help is simplifying.
Eating proper meals.
Letting the body rest between them.
Pulling back on things that quietly drain energy, even what may feel “normal”.
No need to overhaul.
Or extremes.
Just paying attention to what your body is saying instead of pushing through.
